The Yaxell 3 Stage Knife Sharpener is designed for all types of knives to sharpen them at an extra sharp 12° angle. Simply remove the lid and pour water into the compartment and close the lid. Take a knife and insert the blade into one of the grooves at a 90° angle. Using moderate force, pull the knife toward you about 10 times. Repeat the same process with the other grooves. After hand sharpening, rinse the knife in hot water and dry with a soft cloth, blade edge up.
