The biggest feature of this model is Sear Zone zone where double rows PureBlu™ burners allows access to 400 °C the temperature. This provides an opportunity to quickly and intensively brown meat, fish or vegetables, to obtain bright cooking marks and a richer taste. This zone is especially useful when grilling steaks, where not only a high temperature is important, but also an even distribution of heat.

Integrated Wi-Fi® enabled digital thermometer with 1 wired feeding tube allows you to accurately monitor the temperature of both the barbecue and the food. By linking the barbecue with Weber Connect® app, you can monitor the cooking progress remotely on your phone and receive notifications when the grill reaches the right temperature, when it's time to flip the food, and when it's ready. This is especially handy when you want more control and less guesswork.
