Fresh salted Kampot peppercorns - it's green peppers in a sea salt brine. The taste of green pepper is fresh and spicy, not as intense as black pepper, with a long-lasting herbal aftertaste. These peppers have a fresh, grassy aroma. Green pepper is obtained from ripe but not yet fully ripe berries, collected such berries are filled with brine. In this way, they are preserved and remain maximally fresh and fragrant after being sealed in a vacuum package. These peppers go well with snacks and wine, as well as when tasting different types of cheese. Green pepper sauce, i.e. peppercorn sauce, is a great way to get to know the flavor of these peppers. Do not grind this type of pepper!
