BroilChef Paramount BC-540BBS – a capacious and technically advanced gas grill for those who value high power, durable construction and versatile grilling options. Grill has four main stainless steel burners, whose power each aims at 4.2 kW. Each burner is individually ignited and regulated evenly, allowing precise control of different heat zones.

Two specialized burners are additionally equipped. Rear ceramic burner for grilling on a spit - it ensures even heating from the rear part of the grill. Side Infrared Sear Burner reaches an extremely high temperature and allows you to quickly brown the surface of the meat, obtaining a bright browning crust and a clear cooking pattern.

Grill the cooking chamber is made of cast aluminum, therefore it has strength, heat resistance and good heat storage properties. Double construction lid helps keep the temperature more stable, and the integrated thermometer allows you to conveniently monitor the cooking process.

The model is equipped with massive stainless steel grill, which ensure reliable heat transfer and durability.
