A great shrimp appetizer with bacon is ready in no time. Tiger prawns (penaeus spp) are one of the most popular seafood and their meat has a mild and sweet taste. Shrimp is a real treasure trove of vitamins and minerals. There are plenty of B vitamins, no carbohydrates, almost no fat, but plenty of protein.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 pieces of tiger prawns
- 10 ml of soy sauce
- 10 ml Teriyaki sauce
- 40 g of bacon
PREPARATION
Defrost and clean the tiger prawns. Make 2-3 cuts on the inside to allow the shrimp to stretch. Mix the soy and teriyaki sauces in a bowl, add the shrimp and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Wrap the shrimp in a strip of bacon. Grill on both sides and serve immediately.
Perfect with beer.
