Thai Chicken Rolls are a great picnic food because they require absolutely no plates or utensils, they are a few bite-sized fire-grilled snacks. They are very tasty, aromatic and impressive. Along with the garlands, I also baked pickled onion leaves, which I could call the discovery of this spring, because their sweet, fresh taste is really great. We ate all that goodness with toast and yogurt dip.

INGREDIENTS
20 chicken necklaces:
- 500 gr. internal cuts of chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 a.s. warrior
- 200 ml. heavy cream
- a bunch of fresh dill
- 2 hours lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
- for garnishing scallions
For the fried onion letters:
- a bunch of large onion leaves
- 2 hours balsamic vinegar
- 4 hours olive oil
- 1 tbsp. crushed pepper mixture
- 1 tbsp. honey
- a pinch of salt
PREPARATION
First, I soaked the bamboo skewers in water for an hour.
I cut the insides of the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and removed the long white tendon that runs the length of the breast. This is the most time-consuming process, but by the end of the work I was already proficient and working faster.
I made a marinade from heavy cream, sugar with salt, curry, chopped dill and lemon juice, which I poured over the gutted cutlets and left to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
While the chicken was marinating, my husband heated the coals and I marinated the onion leaves. I made a sauce out of honey, vinegar, oil and pepper, which I mixed with the clean onion leaves and left to marinate for half an hour.
I wrapped the chicken pieces lengthwise on the soaked dry skewers. I oiled a clean grill before baking them.
I fried the necklaces on very hot coals for about 1-2 minutes on both sides. I had put aluminum foil under the bamboo skewers to prevent them from burning and to make it easier to flip. The onion leaves were baked for the same amount of time. I sprinkled chopped onion leaves over the cooked chicken and we ate it with grilled bread toast.
Delicious bonfire pleasures!
