INGREDIENTS

  • small chickens
  • head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons spiced chicken
  • salt, pepper
  • fresh thyme
  • 250 gr. mayonnaise
  • 50 gr. chili sauce

PREPARATION

Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with spices, salt, pepper, rub with chopped garlic and thyme. Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce in a bowl and add chicken. Keep up to 5-6 hours.

Grill on direct heat for about 8-10 minutes. from each side.
