It's an old and well-known truth: everything tastes better when you're outside than when you're at home. In winter, when it's cold and your hands are cold, you want to eat something simple, quick to prepare and filling. Our friend Gian Luca Demarco shares the idea of such a lunch. His suggestion is chickpea stew. You only need a few ingredients.
We invite you to the ice - here the famous chef got acquainted with the peculiarities of ice fishing and prepared a delicious lunch on a tour boat COBB grill After all, you can really cook with it anywhere: the bottom and sides of the grill are always cool. A lightweight, ice-free grill is an indispensable solution when preparing for fishing.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chickpeas
- 600 ml of vegetable broth
- 150 g of hot smoked bacon
- 3 onions
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Production:
- Heat up COBB deep pan. Add the diced bacon. Stir occasionally.
- After the bacon is fried, add finely chopped onions. Fry for a few minutes.
- Add some broth. When everything is cooked, add the chickpeas and the rest of the broth. Stir and cover the grill.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
