A holiday is not a holiday if the table is not decorated with a special steak! For Christmas, New Year's or a special occasion, we offer you an extraordinary dish - beef steak. And to make it really special, we have chosen a recipe from a well-known South African chef. Why PAR? Because this is where the COBB grill that many of you have already seen and appreciated comes from.
Although the recipe for mobile COBB grills owners, but anyone who owns any other grill or even cooks in the home kitchen will be able to use it.
Required accessories:

Ingredients:
- 1.5 - 2 kg of beef cuts
- 2 a.s. maltese cumin (full of) KNORR
- 2 a.s. cayenne pepper (full)
- 1 tbsp. dried chili flakes (larger pieces)
- 1 tbsp. black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp. unground coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme KNORR
- salt flakes FIOR DI SALE (can be replaced with simple salt)
- 100 g of butter
- a few sprigs of rosemary
- 3-4 large garlic cloves, lightly crushed
Production:
- Tie the beef tenderloin with twine so that it has a uniform, even shape. Dry the meat with a kitchen paper towel and leave to dry.
- Prepare the spice mixture: mix cumin, pepper, chili peppers, black pepper, coriander seeds, thyme, salt. Sprinkle it evenly over the meat.
- Put it in while the meat is marinating COBB CobbleStone coconut charcoal tablet with fire torch and wait a few minutes until the carbon tablet turns gray and no longer emits any smoke.
- Ant COBB grill place a deep frying pan and add butter. When the butter warms up and lightly browns, add the meat.
- Add the garlic and rosemary sprigs to the butter next to the meat. Brown the meat well; occasionally sprinkle with butter.

- Place the meat on the grill and cover the grill with a lid. Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on how well you want the beef.
- After removing, leave to rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Your meat will be much juicier!
- Serve with sauce and vegetables. Delicious!
