8 tips: we bake when the weather cools down

There's no doubt about it - in autumn and winter, you also want a delicious grilled steak or hamburger. The only obstacle is cold and snow. Your desire and enthusiasm will play the most important role here - everything else will be easily implemented.

Here are eight tips to make grilling easier when the weather cools down or in sub-zero temperatures:

  • Use wireless, via Bluetooth connection working smart thermometer. Then you will be able to spend most of your time in a warm home and monitor how your baked product is reaching the required internal temperature through an app on your phone.

  • Heat the dishes. Always put cooked food only in a heated container - this way it won't have time to cool down.
  • Take care of the lighting. Outdoor lighting is also perfect for this. However, to see what's going on inside the grill, we recommend purchasing a dedicated grill light. For example, it will be easy to attach to the grill lid handle or tools LED lights.

  • Choose foods that do not need to be fried. In the cold season, it will be a little more difficult.
  • However, if you're aiming to cook deliciously seared steaks in harsher weather, use a food circulator first. Such pre-prepared steaks will only have to be given a quick and aesthetically pleasing browned crust on the grill.

    • Try to make the grill cover as little as possible. By frequently making the lid and constantly checking how the food is cooking, you will use up a lot of accumulated heat.
    • Regular winter gloves will not replace grill gloves. Choose safety - cook with heat-resistant ones grill gloves. It is also recommended to cover scarves or other hanging accessories to prevent accidental ignition.

    • If you have a charcoal grill, always make sure you have dry charcoal before grilling. If you are going to cook with a gas grill, also have at least one gas cylinder in stock. This way you won't ruin your barbecue party or dinner - no one will want to wait for you to get fuel.
