On a sunny September afternoon, we invited grilliai.lt customers to a free smoking lesson. After all, grills are simply inseparable from the fragrant smoke that makes food so flavorful!

The lesson on smoking was not only theoretical, but also practical: the gathered participants could not only hear about the different trees used for smoking, but also see the smoking process, smell the smoke of various Spanish trees, and taste the dishes flavored with them.

A large group of guests could enjoy 3 Spanish trees (olive, almond, orange) and curd cheeses smoked with fire herbs. To see the differences, the cheeses were flavored with the same KNORR grill spices, and to smoke with different woods. There was no doubt - both the taste and their color were different.

More filling snacks were served on the roots of the olive tree tables fried chicken breast seasoned with Holm, almond and olive smoke.

Of course, vegetable lovers were not forgotten. It should be noted that it is in them that we can feel the taste of smoke most quickly and easily.

For dessert, smoked Camembert cheeses were served with toasted ciabatta bread and figs. More than one repeated - we will cook ourselves!

The dishes were grilled and smoked with charcoal COBB grills. Many were impressed by the universal and extremely convenient use of these grills. After all, with COBB you can grill and smoke even when placed on a wooden table covered with a tablecloth.
