A seminar that is already becoming a tradition "We're baking with COBB!" is coming back!

As every year, the new grilling season begins and the questions remain the same:

  • What additives to use when preparing different dishes?
  • How to properly smoke food with COBB?
  • How much and what kind of coal to use?
  • How to properly set up a barbecue?
  • Can direct cooking be used on COBB?
  • New recipes?

We invite all beginners and not only, to gain knowledge and improve or update food preparation COBB barbecue skills.

The purpose of the seminar is to introduce the principles of cooking in a COBB barbecue, to try direct and indirect cooking, to learn how to properly smoke different dishes. Of course, we will answer your questions, we will share tips.

 

    During the seminar we will bake and taste:

    • We will show you how to cook with a COBB rotisserie. Have you tasted chicken kebab straight from the spit with the aroma of smoke?
    • Direct cooking of pork kebabs - mouthwatering and juicy!
    • Grilling wild cod fillet on the table - golden and crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside.
    • Dessert - surely none of you have tasted it! It will be a real taste discovery that you will not forget...

    The ticket price is €15
